I work with people of all ages to improve their quality of life. In my practice, I specialize in play therapy, emerging adulthood, women's issues, and child/adolescent needs. I work with you to create goals and the means to achieve those goals. Together we will improve your mental health and teach you skills to last well beyond the time we spend in sessions! I provide individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adult women. I practice traditional talk therapy from a psychodynamically oriented view while helping you gain skills and techniques to master challenges in your life. I am also a registered play therapist-supervisor and practice play therapy with people of all ages.
